How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of The Shopping Inc (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Most useful new product I have gotten so far for my newly renovated bathroom! It has an open ventilated base, the soft bristles give a strong cleaning power and protect the surface of my new beautiful toilet bowl from scratches. I was a bit skeptical at first when buying this silicone toilet brush! But I thought why not give it a try? Cause i have a lots of silicone stuff like soup spoon and baking trays and i like them! So when it arrived and I’ve tried it, my previous one went straight away to the bin! This is so easy to clean with, all you need is water. Done! The handle is made from 2 pieces so you can buy a spare bristle and change it when you need! But I don’t think you’ll need one in the next 10 years :)) And excuse my language but the p*o doesn’t stick to the brush!!! And cause the holder is well-made and has a clever construction, the brush is always dry! Super! Is a space-saver and it will look nice in any bathroom!!!
Had a need for a new toilet brush and made a decision to get this silicone one, which is something new for me as I am used to using a normal toilet brush. In comparison with normal brush, dirt does not easily stick to silicone bristles. It doesn't scratch the surface of the toilet, where I have noticed the normal brush was leaving scratches and also black marks. For cleaning purpose of silicone, I am using a toilet bleach and rinsing with water. Quick drying holder contains a lot of small gaps around perimeter which is good for ventilation and drying. The silicone head does not change its shape therefore will last for longer and need to be cleaned much less frequently.
Very happy with this purchase. Toilet brush is nicely designed, easy to use. Easy to clean toilet and stains does not stay on the brush itself. There is a gap on the container that allows excess water to dry, brush does not stay wet, always stays dry. Toilet brush that I can easily wash under water. Looks strong and durable. Definitely recommend.
I have always used the normal kind of toilet brushes before this, water is constantly dripping from them onto the floor, onto the toilet and near the brush. Toilet brush and holder clean every nook and cranny of your toilet bowl, with no toilet roll clinging into it for dear life. Way better than the other one which we have used. This one has no bad coloring on it after the use, as the other brush we had became yellow after some usage. Easy to clean too, you won’t regret it. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Never had a toilet brush like this, but I was looking for a long time and finally decided to buy this. I'm using only for a few weeks, but I'm really pleased to have this brush in my toilet. Toilet brush cleans perfectly the toilet surfaces. Previously I've needed to clean my toilet with old brush and chemicals for at least 5-10 minutes, but this brush seems to be just doing magic, couple of short minutes and toilet looks like new! I love the minimalist design, looks awesome in toilet. Comes in well packed box too.

Bought this to replace my existing plastic toilet brush. It has an elegant look in my toilet. Very easy to use and no excess water always dripping on my floor. It is easy to clean and look after it, my toilet bowl is so nice and clean since I started to use it. Worth every penny, even my daughter loves to help me clean the toilet now that we have this convenient brush.
This is my second purchase for the second toilet, it does not leave any residue, super clean and just the most hygienic thing ever for a toilet brush. Washes easily. Good thing, no complaints. It is very convenient to hang on the wall-attached to a double-sided tape in the kit (very tightly) on a separate mount, the brush with the stand can be removed if necessary.

I purchased this silicone toilet brush as I have a Closomat toilet and any other type of brush can seriously damage the delicate instruments inside the bowl and also scratch the bowl. This toilet brush is soft to the touch but durable and makes light work of the deadly task of cleaning the toilet. The handle comes in two parts but there is no danger of it coming undone while in use as the two sections have an incredibly long thread fitting. The brush head also comes off and again this is unlikely to detach as the head has to be rotated 6-7 times before it unthreads completely. The holder is quite sturdy and has a special vent at the bottom to keep the brush well ventilated when stored and to allow excess water to escape - unlike the traditional brush, this brush doesn't retain water or drip which makes it much more hygienic and there is hardly ever any excess water at the bottom of the holder. I would recommend this toilet brush as it makes cleaning the toilet easier and the handle is a decent length which makes it easier to reach when sitting from my wheelchair. The ergonomic handle tapers in thickness and is the thickest at the end and this gradual change makes it easier to hold - I have manual dexterity problems and I have no problem holding this handle. It may be more expensive than the traditional brushes but the quality is a thousand times better and as it makes the job easier, it's well worth the extra moolah. Thank you!
